โ โ โ โ โ never ever give your contact number to them. 4 or 5 years ago, i was foolish to fill up the form to donate. Ever since then, they would always call you, until i blocked a lot of their numbers. Even so, they will somehow call again using new telephone numbers.

โ โ โ โ โ The reason why I give it 1 star is not about its mission or their staff. It is because when I come across Appco agents crawling all over Singapore trying to get donations for WWF. It makes me wonder, if these agents get 30 customers to sign up and donate per month and they get a few thousand dollars of commission per month that way, how much of these donations are going to helping the animals? What about the staff that works there, how do they get paid properly then? No doubt they need new ways to get money to aid their work. But Appco? Really? you just lost my faith in you

โ โ โ โ โ i was approached by WWF Fund-raising agents outside Clementi Mall. It wasn't about animal or wildlife conservation, but clean up efforts WWF will undertake in plastic waste and climate change. Whatever !
I signed up for a 6 month donation thru' my debit card. And in less than 2 months, i received a call from WWF asking for my latest Debit card particulars. (My debit card due to expire in another month or so)
Boy ! i was infuriated. It was absolutely inappropriate to call up donors asking for their card particulars. I queried if this is the right procedure and i wasn't given an answer . Instead i was asked if I "felt uncomfortable to provide my debit card details over the phone ?" For Obvious reasons!
Hence, I made my decision not to reveal my latest card information and also made the decision to terminate my donation. I'm completely done with WWF.
WWF, for your overseas conservation projects, please seek your funds elsewhere.
