Hidden gem in Ang Mo Kio neighborhood , certainly one of the better fish soup I had tried before, you will not regret it. Highly recommended. There are different type of noodles you can choose from. Each bowl comes with 4 pieces of fresh fried fish, which are firm and has a springy texture. Their flavorful fish stock soup is subtly sweet with a mild milky base, you will finish every single drop of it! Do add their own-made fried garlic, it will boost up the flavor of the soup. Best part of it, their fried fish soup cost only $3.50.

One of the better stall for fish soup and dumplings! I'm sure their strong crowd of regulars can vouch for it. Their dumplings fillings are mixed fresh and, wrapped daily. Their skills in frying the dumplings are crispy and not oily. ?. There is an option for boiled version if fried is not for you. The fish soup taste is nice! Love the way they fry their garlic. Saw them a few times that they dry the garlic and then deep fry it. It gives that aroma so attractive and pairs well with the fish soup! Also seen them sunning their ikan billis. Thus their ikan billis are crunchy and aromatic. ?? Their fish slices are fresh too! Fish is not overcooked. For an affordable bowl of $3.50, I can taste all their effort to make a bowl taste good. This is one of the hidden gem at Mayflower area. Definitely worth a trip here since there are the popular Prawn Noodles and Stone Milled Cheong Fun ?? next to it.
