★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the sole Mi Service center in SG and the experience is just horrible.
Send a phone for servicing, told me will be given an update for in 2 working days. A week later, i Called, emailed and still no response.
2.5 weeks later then a call for an update, said it was Out of warranty and there is no parts available. and the cost of fixing is 2 times the price that i paid.
i highly advise anyone to avoid getting a Mi Phone or any such devices with relation to the brand after the poor experience.
