★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do you really know shopping experience matters to consumer when comes to having a physical store?
Otherwise consumer can just do the purchase via online.
Very disappointing shopping experience at the Funan Store.
UNCLE staff very stuck up, and keep staring at me when I’m trying out on the equipment(mouse and keyboard), when I’ve asked question nicely enquiring particular model he replied to me rudely. Do not have any courtesy or manners to say thank you. It felt more like I am the staff there and he’s the customer.
By the way I was the only customer there.
Especially with such price point, you can certainly do better with customer service!
Will I visit again? No.
