★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My childhood's comfort food - Fried Kway Teow, specifically from Xin Heng Fried Kway Teow in Bukit Timah Market. Though I cannot eat this too often because of my gastritis, Xin Heng's Fried Kway Teow is the least oily version I know.
