★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great go zha mi 古早味 bak chor mee. The more common bak chor mee are like dry fishball noodles with fat miced pork and lots of lard. This has no obvious sambal in the chilli, very little lard and lots of black vinegar. It's hard to find this style nowadays. If they go a little easy on the chilli sauce, it will be perfect.
