Standard drop a lot at this branch. Grilled chicken was burnt and tasteless for the papaya noodle set. For the other set the chicken and noodles also tasted blend. The lychee ice blended is totally not ice blended at all as the ice was not blended properly as there were large chunks of ice in the drink. Only the toast tested good. Disappointing experience.

Basic food, basic ambiance. Congee portion is tiny, just about snack size. Beef is overcooked. Fried carrot cake is good. Service is friendly but slow. No complimentary popcorn (anymore?). Ok to try once, not sure it’s worth a second visit.

5 Star Service! Fast casual with a wide options of asian and western dishes. Their food is average and is passable for the price point. The restaurant is modern and clean, lots of seats with a pleasant atmosphere. I was only going to give 4 stars originally but the staff on duty on January 30, 2022 made me add another star. He was literally alone on the floor greeting customers, clearing tables, taking/expediting orders and doing the cashier but he was able to do it efficiently. I appreciate that he gave a heads up on the lack of manpower and potentially slower than normal service to set customer expectation. And although he was alone, I did not feel like there’s a lack of service at all. He tried his very best to attend to everyone and im super impressed! A few “entitled” customers left after only waiting for 5 minutes. I guess they don’t empathise with the manpower crunch the f&b industry is having with the pandemic. I’d like to commend the staff for being super efficient. I hope diners won’t be too demanding.. this is not a fine dining restaurant and to be honest the service I had here was better than some fine dining restaurant lol!

Bad attempt at HK food. Lacking flavour. Small serving sizes (esp the congee). Braised beef was tough and full of fat. 紅豆冰 drink was mostly ice and not enough red bean. Service was ok, and complimentary popcorn was a nice touch.

I’ve been here a few times already over the last few years. This place still surviving post covid. It has a simple menu and provides simple Hong Kong dishes. It’s quite a peaceful and calm place. When it gets busy naturally you’d get much less attention. The food is okay. Very basic but the price is also very fair. I was craving for some dim sum so I sat down at around 6pm before the dinner crowd came in and tried their Cheong fun beef brisket and tender pork congee with one ice yuan yang. I thought for the price and atmosphere. Quite alright lah. Mah hiam buay pai. Easy meal ? ?

Har Gao and Custard Bun are recommended here. However, the others are pretty normal, other dim sum places offer a nicer options. Such as pork century egg porridge is a little disappointed compared to the outlet in bugis. Staff service very nice. Environment is clean and comfortable.

Went here for dinner last night, and I'd hate to say that I give this one a miss. The highlight of our dinner would have to go to the snacks we ordered to share, the fried spring roll was tasty and paired well with its accompanying sauce, the siew mai was decent but I've had better. On to the subject of the main course, the chicken chop was a bit too oily and the mushroom sauce quite bland. The mac and cheese as well as the broccoli and baby carrots easily took over as the main star of the dish - never a good sign when the sides are more tastier than the mains. I ordered the sirloin steak medium rare, which to the chef's credit, came out perfectly but strangely had strongly bitter undertones in certain bites. The steak was easily overtaken by the mac and cheese once again but the baked potato was a bit uninspiring - quite literally a baked potato without anything added to it but butter. Other than the sides, the highlight of our dinner was definitely the service. The service staff were attentive and friendly - made an otherwise under-average dinner quite decent. Overall, this is a place to try once and consider a next visit on its own merits.

The place wasn't bustling or crowded yet the chef cannot handle the orders. We waited 30 mins for our fried rice and this was after asking about the status of the food twice. We already finished our milk tea floats and luncheon meat fries and were still waiting and waiting by the time the fried rice came ? There was no indication that the fried rice would take half an hour to cook neither did they preface it. The only saving grace are the sweet elderly waiters. Other than that the efficiency is 0/10.
