★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I seriously hate it when this uncle in-charge of drinks on weekend morning. Whenever I ordered Teh that was prepared by him, it’s always so diluted. I tend to avoid ordering from this outlet whenever I see him around.

It gets really busy during the morning from 8:30 to 9:30, sometimes even having to wait 20 minutes

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nvr expected the queue was so long in the morning. Limited seats due to covid-19 restrictions. It is better to have at least 2 person, one will queue to order and the other will reserve the table and seats. The eggs are nicely done and the steam kaya butter toast is also not bad.

Coffee should have been piping hot but wasn't. The bread toast was not sufficiently crispy. Soft boiled eggs were not consistent and mine had egg shell remnants. ?.
If quality can be improved, it can actually be a nice place for a quick bite.
