β β β β β Great service from this shop. I had an issue with my rear tyre. Which I thought there was an issue w the valve as I was unable to pump it after I let out some air and it became deflated. The staff helped to check and informed that the issue is on the installation of the tyre and no issue on any tyre parts. He helped to install the tyre properly at no cost.

β β β β β Had some weird looseness in rear hub. I tried tightening the hub myself but that gave other problems. I took it in and they worked out what wrong in about 5 minutes. I left it with them to remove bearing and spacer that had seized on and to replace all 4 bearings. $160 to get it all fixed and back on the road. Seems very knowledgeable and quality to me.

β β β β β Was looking for a carbon road bike with a reasonable budget. Chris(boss) & his team were very helpful with my queries on the frame, components, bike fitting, clothing, etc. Happen to have a frame suitable for my height n budget. Visit the shop at 430pm on a Friday n bike pick up the next day 2pm with bike fitting. The overall experience was awesome & professional done. There is nothing more to ask from such a wonderful team. Thanks to YBC.

β β β β β Second time here to fix/service my bike. I'm really glad someone intro-ed me to Yap bicycles cos their service is rly damn good.
I'm so grateful they managed to service my road bike so quickly. And the workmanship was 100/10. The cassette was rusty before that and came back to me shiny lol. The bike was polished and sparkling too and everything was running so much more smoother.
The staff there have been super friendly from day 1 and its always a joy to drop by and chat with them. Legit damn grateful for the help

Biz let him earn abit. Price is 2x!! Reviews so good here is self written or loyal suppprters.
I explain what happened. I ask for inner tube 16β. I told him itβs written 16 x 1 3/8. He says no such thing. Then donβt have. I said let me look at what u have. Itβs writtrn 16 x 1.25-1.75. ??ββοΈ??ββοΈitβs matric vs imperial. So rude attitude. Just because Iβm buying something big end up give such attitude. Still charge me $15 for just a small tube!!!! Daylight robbery. At most is $6. I still bought it since i need it. First n last.
Support local? My foot. Wakeup. I rather order online n wait unless urgent.

β β β β β Was there this morning to look for bolt and nut for my saddle. Despite not having it, the shop owner didn't hesitate to share the possible place for me to get it. I can see the passion in him and he had shared alot of tips on bicycle and accessories.
I must say and I not only gained knowledge on bike from him but also, what is a good customer service.
