C	C C LIM on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude, basically no service at all. And if he doesn't want the currency note, he gave ridiculous rate. I guess its because the whole Tampines central only left this shop. In this no travel time, currency changer have almost no business. Yet he still don't know a good service will get him more business. This is my first and also the last visit, would rather travel to Pasir Ris or Simei.
S	Samuel Choo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rates are extremely bad here. Much worse than other places. Don't come here. They quoted Vietnam Dong 1:16000 when other money exchangers were offering 1:16800. And this is in the SAME DAY because I needed to change extra. To help you calculate, basically if you change 100$ with them, you are losing $6 compared to other rates.

You decide if the rate of this shop is reasonable, I would take my ringgit else where. edited: MYR in RM convert to SGD in $ dollar, is it that difficult to understand? Don't bother trying to exxplain, some people just live in their own world

Today, I visited to this store and looking forward to change some currency but to my surprise, the rate was bad as compared to other money exchanger outlets around Tampines. In addition, the old Indian man with tonnes of white beard at the front desk was extremely arrogant when he attended to me. He judge his customers based on the attire they wore. This kind of service standard is totally unacceptable! This will be the last time I visit this place for exchange of foreign currencies!
