J	Jian En Ng on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scam/False Advertising - Advertised a B&O E8 ear piece as brand new on carousell. Bought it at $250. The buttons were not working, making the item completely useless. Told them the problem in the same day. They said can exchange for other same priced items. Which was not at all good. Then asked me to call their manager, whom will explain to me the issue with the item. So they sold the "new" item knowing it was faulty and useless. Make it hard for you to even exchange for their pathetic vouchers that you have no need for. If this is not a scam, what is? still haven't heard from them back! Not to mention all that wasted time! - got an exchange for a b&o portable speaker instead after some nego. Hence revising to 3 stars.

If not for the ONLY working cashier at counter 1 who asked the rest of us in queue to move over, I would have given this place a negative rating.

They also have long winter coats, winter clothing not found in other outlets. The population that live here must be well heeled travellers. Electric appliances both used and brand new from shops that probably have closed. There are TV, sound systems, toys, kitchen cutlery, etc. Worth a visit even if you don't buy anything.
s	sm on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their website mentioned all kinds of music CD thus I brought two bags of CD here via grab. But only to told they take in only English CD (it was not mention in their web) at 10 cents each, and not mandarin CD. So ended I have to dump all mandarin CD at their shop as it can be pretty heavy to bring them back. Waste of time and money to bring the CD here, should have just dump them at my place to save the effort and transport fee.

S	Siddiq Zul on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to make a complain on your staffs. Ibrahim and andrew at about 1820hours on 12 may 2022. I came with a recently purchased item [ amplifier ]. However some of the functions are not working hence i come in to exchange with a more expensive one which i will top up the extra. However 2 of your staff - andrew and ibrahim keep pushing to each other without entertaining me for close to 1 hr with the excuse that they are short staffed. Until the manager came out to tend to me then they entertain me. Please train your staff better as this is really unacceptable considering i was with an elderly as well.
