★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommend this dental clinic. Their customer service is excellent. Dr Ju is professional, gentle and kind. And unlike other dentists, she didn’t push me to do dental implants after knowing that I can still eat with my remaining teeth.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a lovely experience yet again at TSD dental group - Tampines. The Dr and nurses including receptionist are super kind, friendly and extremely helpful. Brought my 8yr old for his first tooth cleaning. With all nevernousness & fear he went in. Dr took care of him very well and he was happy coming out telling no pain and tooth is very clean now and he will take care of his tooth well by brush well & eating lots of vegetables ?

She is very thorough and precise, was well informed on possible options before making my decision. The team from reception to dental assistants are very friendly and helpful also. Reminder messages are given as well prior to appointment date. Little details make their customer service exceptionally great.

The guest customer service staff is very welcoming and attentive. The doctor is very nice and skillful, cleaning and polishing is done excellently.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First visit to this clinic, got to say service are top notch. Did scaling and polishing and check-up as was experiencing some slight pain in the lower jaw.
Experience was excellent from the moment I stepped in. Great customer service from receptionist. Dr Ju was extremely excellent, patient and very informative. Explained clearly on the potentials and solutions. Would definitely recommend these clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommended! Excellent, professional, fuss-free experience :) Dr. Chan is extremely patient, kind and assuring during my whole wisdom tooth surgery. She kept checking if I was ok throughout and was very clear in explaining to me about the procedure & treatment. Receptionist (Carol) is very friendly, warm and helpful as well. Thank you so much for the great experience :)

She explained clearly and she is so experienced. The clinic assistants are so polite and friendly. Highly recommended!. I did a molar extraction.
