Great portion size for price. Good taste without being too greasy or salty. Wait not so bad, considering the perpetually long lines

Ordered pork porridge. At $2.80, value for money and more importantly, it tasted good. Very friendly stall owners.

I think let the photo speak for itself for the portion of meat you’re getting. Paid $7.20 on WhyQ and $0.20 for takeaway fee. Bought from other stall as why on WhyQ Ci Yuan CC. Recommend others.

Family favourite go-to comfort meal for mee hoon kueh soup Lovely texture of mee hoon kueh pieces in a light simple broth (wasn't too salty); we love that they use spinach in their dish; has few slices of mushrooms and minced pork balls Add additional egg for a more hearty meal Still yummy with or without egg

Ordered a bowl of mee hoon kueh. The noodles were not bad, had a slight bouncy texture to it. Soup was ok. The shiitake mushroom added a nice umami-ness to the dish Overall not too bad, they even have a good buzzer so that you can take a seat while waiting for your food to be cooked.

If you first visit this comparably new hawker centre in Hougang RC. And you have sufficient time to relaxing having your meal. I recommend you this wonderful local food stall. Mee Hoon Kueh (面粉粿) is a type of noodle, many food stall make it thru the help of machine, and in perfect square shape. By that, the so called "Kueh" means noodle dough will stick together when cook in soup. That make the Kueh thicker and not nice to eat. But... This food stall do it like the old time grandma style, hand mold it, that make the Kueh in irregular shape, and is so nice to eat with the thick n thin within every piece of kueh in your mouth. So tender yet slight chewy. Their soup base is sweet, which probably cook with soya bean or anchovy fish, which make the soup so smooth and delicious. They also offer instant noodle carbs, or porridge (pork or fish). Mee Hoon Kueh is comea with braised mushrooms, anchovy, vegetable, pork minced meats and fresh egg as additional 50¢ top up for individual. (remember to mixing the egg hide beneath so it wouldn't turn liek a hardboiled egg) Overall, this food stall is only charged $3 for a bowl of Mee Hoon Kueh. Is was so affordable and delicious. Loved it. ? ?

Recommended by my folks. Very excited since last evening, to try this stall today. Queue was long but worth it. The cook was so swift in cooking the MHK! The kueh was thick but soft, and the soup was flavourful. For $3 a bowl and I added egg for $0.50. Very satified dinner!
