★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This bowl of noodles was delicious! Took me by surprise as I had randomly chanced upon the stall and decided to try it. I’m surprise they lack customers!!
Noodles - very good ‘QQ’ texture; leaves you wanting more!
Gravy - Mildly sweet, mildly spicy, well balanced and delicious
Char Siew - Good! Likely used lean meat so slightly on the tough side, but flavour had a nice roasted flavour to it
Wanton - has this nice water chestnut in it which gives it a good crunch! Also nicely seasoned pork.
Overall, I’m surprised, will definitely come back here again.
