★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last time I loved it so much, but after I attended the food hygiene course and I saw they handled food without disposal hand gloves. Serving food and collecting cash with the same hands without gloves, be honest, I no longer have confidence on the brand and their food. Very disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today is 31/3/2020 whose working at 6.30pm. I never forget their great service to my friend and me today! We really love them due to patient with us. They gave us 100% perfectly portions what we wanted!!!! We gave our thumbs to them! Will buy it from them next time!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tasty. But it was a shame that we wanted to try the pistachio sauce with the frozen yoghurt but we were denied. It was really strange that they only allow pistachio sauce to be paired with their hazelnut chocolate ice cream and only with super limited toppings of almond, Oreos and lotus biscuits. This combination turned out to be a little too decadent for our tastes.
Would be much better if they just allow customers to choose their toppings openly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was a first time eating Yole as takeaway due to circuit breaker. There was a good 25% promotion for 2 medium boxes. It was really a good deal as each box was good for 3 persons. We were not disappointed with the servings as we go for the original flavor. Each box comes with 3 choices of toppings and you must remember to choose chocolate as one of them. The yogurt ice cream was smooth and comes with a fresh sourish taste.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pleasant experience when visiting the outlet. Staff was pleasant and helpful, we bought a voucher from Shopback and could redeem a XL size yogurt at a discounted price! Comes with 4 toppings (including sauce). Gave the raspberry flavoured yogurt a try, and it was refreshing and not too sweet. Also added the mango boba and they burst in your mouth, a real sweet treat!
The shop was also clean and looked well-managed. Quite a variety of toppings available, but they might change over time. Can check with them if there is something you want but not there :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The two ladies manning the counter can't quite keep up with the traffic. Not only were they slow with fulfilling orders, they expect patrons with simple queries to queue all the way at the back of a long, snaking line, waiting possibly for over 15 minutes. Moreover, they had some of the most perfunctory faces in the service line.
You don't pay this much for yoghurt - the experience is part of what you're paying for too.

In fact their ice cream also sell at supermarkets like FairPrice ntuc, but buy at counter can select different toppings.
