β β β β β I ordered the mixed fruit waffles to share. I thought the waffles could be cooked more on the inside because it was a bit wet but perfectly crunchy on the outside. Overall service was excellent by the staff! ?

β β β β β Staff was overall friendly but awaited quite some time for my orders to come. Took ~ 25 to 30 minutes for my waffle ice cream and ice cafe latte to be ready. My ice latte was served lukewarm even though all my ice have melted.

β β β β β Located at Level 2 of Jurong Point, Andersen's ice cream has a wide range of ice cream flavours to choose from. Apart from the usual ice cream cone, you can also try their creation menu which features fondue, banana spilt, etc. Service was prompt and professional as well.

β β β β β Came here with an Eatigo booking which grants 30% off a portion of their menu. Else itβs pretty pricey for a waffle with 2 scoops imo.
The waffle was pretty good, passed the knock/crunch test.
Ice cream wise :
Belgian chocolate wonβt go wrong.
Cookies and cream was a little too heavy on vanilla imo.

β β β β β Abit over-rated. Still prefer Ben and Jerry. Waiting time abit long but service is not bad. Was expecting more interesting flavours rather than run of the mill ones.

Not the best ice cream waffle but it tasted great nevertheless. One thing that struck me was how similar the maple/honey syrup is to McDonaldβs.
They had barcodes to order via a link but it wasnβt working for us.

β β β β β Overall good experience all the way from allocating tables for customers to ordering via QR code. Smooth and efficient process. As usual collection of ice creams is quiet broad and quality is good. If planned to visit during weekends or busy times, just write your name and mobile no with reception and walk around the mall until you receive call on table availability.
