β β β β β One of my favourite hawker centre xlb places hehe, really like the soup and the filing, skin is also not too thick. Guotie is also good. Used to have ζζθ±ζ²Ήι₯Ό a few years back, I really liked tearing it by hand and unfolding the spiral hahah but too bad they donβt make it anymore :(

β β β β β Tried the guotie after seeing good reviews. Found the skin is too thick, filling is also not juicy although taste is OK. Also the dumplings are smaller than average. Price is $8 for 10 pcs. Have had much better guotie from Alexandra Village. Would not be back.

β β β β β The Xiao Long Bao is not too bad, but not very good too, just wouldn't leave you any cravings to come back any time soon. The meat is like pretty clean and white (not sure if it is really fresh or frozen). The skin is a bit thick for a good kind of xiao long bao. The xiao long bao itself is wrapped very nicely and uniformed with the fold all looking consistent across all baos, leaving my friend asking if it was machine fold, though I was like is it possible to have machine wrapped a XLB?
Also ordered the sour spicy la mian, was average too but kinda more sour and non of the spicy.

β β β β β One of the best kept secrets in beauty world. It's hidden in one corner of the rooftop open air hawker centre. The guotie (panfried pork dumplings) are amazingly crisp on one side and extremely juicy on the inside. Be careful when you bite into it for the first time because it will explode without you realizing. The noodles here are handmade too and are fairly decent.
