β β β β β The staff I encountered are rather rude. Not only in Young heart at Hougang Mall, also in other stores like in Nex. Wonder is it a poor service culture through the company? Won't visit any young heart stores anymore.

β β β β β Staff was not helpful at all. I dropped by the shop around 12.30pm on 5th May 2022. I was looking around when the staff just kept staring at me. Made me feel so uncomfortable! I asked her basic questions like what material the item was made of but she could not answer and shrugged her shoulders. She was so persistent on making me buy when i told her I was just looking. Her whole attitude was bad and made me not want to buy. Once I told her that I may come back, she just walked off rudely without saying anything. This kind of staff not good ?
