β β β β β The food was really salty - the original soup base for the ramen, the sauce on the toji and the miso soup. The entire meal was just too salty.

β β β β β Order one set of chashu set with add ramen but come out the ramen is no different with normal. The noodle are given in small portions , one of the staff told was half of the noodle add only and charges $3. The price was higher and the quantity is too small. It is not worth it.

β β β β β A lot of friends told me Ajisen Ramen taste bad, don't give a try at all. However, my visit today still satisfied in overall after considered their price tag. Spicy Ramen not bad, just the noodle a bit weird like instant noodle.... ?

β β β β β Loads of black carbon floating in soup. Never had cha shu ramen like this before. Itβs definitely not black sauce etc as I can taste it as crispy.
