★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad customer service… although the food is nice, but the customer service is another level of bad. Saw a customer who looks like Chinese but can’t speak any mandarin, the person behind the counter keep yelling “讲华语！讲华语！”。come on, that fellow could be Korean or Japanese. Just skip the store next time.. don’t need to patron it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tender duck pieces with a strong rich and aromatic flavor. Braised soy egg and peanuts went well with the rice. Ask for the sauce to be drenched over the steamed rice and get the chili dipping sauce. Long queues expected - A big hit with the locals!

Bought 3 packets of duck rice, gave me the wrong change. Asked for the correct change, the guy inside holding the cleaver came out and shouted at me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ food is tasty but keep getting my orders wrong . third time buying and got duck rice instead of noodles when taking away. Make sure to check your food before you leave. First two times asked for no chilli and they still put chilli. How can you screw up so many times????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ food is decent but service needs massive improvement. Ordered 2 sets, and brought my own container. Requested to put all the rice in one segment and the ingredients in the other.
Was just met with constant shouts from the chopping person that the rice and ingredients cannot be separated because that was a different price.
Exasperated to the point where I just said fine then use your box. I dunno, AITA here?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Daylight robbery. I requested to change to drumsticks and they charged me an additional $3.50 totalling my meal to $7.50 just for a change in parts.
For such a price, you can ADD a drumstick elsewhere

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered two packets of duck rice and the food was decent. Given the lackluster economy, they need to be price sensitive. If they could reduce the menu price by ten percent, I’m sure their business will definitely improve. Else, if not for Shopback discount, I might not have become their customer.
