Food is pretty standard across the sushi express outlets, food here especially the salmon sashimi is really worth the money ($1.50++). Also comes with free green tea and ginger which is a plus. One thing is the cleanliness standards is not that high, some plates are contaminated with the other ingredients

came to dine in at around 850, last order was at 9. however kitchen started to do closing early, im okay with it but just for management to take note. There was this aunty in red short hair with glasses and very slim built , served us very politely. i would like to compliment her service and attitude. she even came by to give me a spoon when i was eating a cake with chopsticks. very thoughtful and automative of her and im very thankful. ? on the other hand, there is this young boy who was very rude. i asked if it was possible for me to make another order. and he replied โ€œyou had your chanceโ€ and walked off. this was very rude and i hope the management could train your staff on basic respect and attitude. After wards, he began to mop the floor while sitting on the sofa. this is very unprofessional. ? for food wise, the salmon sashimi wasnt very fresh and the clams was very hard. other than that, it was okay.

My children all time favourite. The salmon soup is always must order dish. Although find that the soup like getting smaller potion, the soup still fill with many salmon. The sushi variety depend on what time you reach usually when we came late the variety not much. The mochi is also nice though abit sweet.

Visit a different branch: Probably the worst sushi express I have visited in Singapore. Dishes were dry as they had been going round too long, the lids on top of them were 40% crooked which just shows a lack of caring, there was no seaweed which us a basic, and WORST, the salmon sashimi was cut so small it was only half the size portion of better managed outlets. Won't be back.

Out of the entire chain of outlets this is the only one Iโ€™ll complain about. Iโ€™ve tried to be nice, Iโ€™ve tried to be reasonable. It was quite a long queue and restaurant was packed. Finally came our turn to go in but was not allowed inside because I told my wife to go walk around first. A few other groups of people were let inside instead of us. And all the vacant seats were taken up. My wife came back to the queue. We stood there looking really dumb and need to wait for the next batch of people to leave. So we left. Queueing for food wasnโ€™t stupid. Instead Protocol was. Yes I will continue to dine at sushi express. But never at The Hillion outlet again.

Took a while to go in at around 12. Seating management could have been better, although 3 seats between groups is reasonable. But there were sometimes large spaces in between. Food was as per usual, but salmon sashimi cuts were smaller than usual. Sadly the bulk of salmon sashimi only came at the end when we were about to leave (matter of luck I guess) We sat near the kitchen, so sometimes we see that the chefs put the caps on the plates which sometimes fell off, and they sometimes just ignored it. So the sushi went on the belt without a cover. The worst part is those covers that fell on the floor, the service staff picked them up and passed them back to the kitchen. And because the covers were seemingly clean, the kitchen staff just used the same covers (without washing) to cover the new dishes. Not sure what to feel but I guess I will go to other outlets instead next time.

We came here on a weekday afternoon at 11am. Since they opened at 11am there are seats for us. But staffs are limited. Need to keep raise hand for refill of ginger and take spoon etc. Happy with the food. Price is reasonable. *Take note their sushi size has changed No anago sushi :/ waited for very long. Have to ask the staff for it ....
