★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tried to schedule a delivery for my grandmother's birthday on Friday, but the website indicated that the next available delivery date was on the following day. Mumu was the one who liaised with me when I WhatsApped them to ask if they could fit my delivery in on Friday. Her customer service was outstanding; she made my ordering a breeze by helping me to do all the ordering and keying of delivery address herself and all I had to do was to pay the final amount via paylah. Not only that, she even went out of her way to write and decorate a birthday note for my grandmother! Thank you Mumu!! ?

Over the years they have increase their portion and also increased their delivery efficiency. I can have it delivered in as soon as 3 hours, and even for free!
Best of all is that I can redeem free bowls when I get my friends to sign up, till date I've redeem a total of 5 bowls for free! Fantastic deal and I high recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best Mother’s Day gift. The lady I spoke to was very accommodating for my last min order. I went to pick up the bird nests and she offered a stalk of carnation for each order.
The packaging is solid and super presentable. It was still warm in a bowl and the taste and quality of the bird’s nest is superb!
