Iris Siah is my consultant, who has been taking care of my hair loss problem for many years. She analyses my scalp and has been giving advices to the treatments needed. I noticed improvement of my scalp issue. She also helps to trim my hair that save my hair cut cost.

Amazing hair treatment services especially for hair loss. After coming here for weeks, I can notice that a decrease in hair fall. Plus, Iris is very friendly and always recommend only the required that will best suit my condition.

Have been a customer for a few years. My consultant Serene has been very helpful in addressing my scalp issues, and provided good advices to the treatments needed. My scalp issues have improved after the treatments.

The worst few experiences of my life. It is so traumatic I am going to forfeit the remaining 2 sessions in my package. I get that you guys are a business but is there really a need to sell a package every single time I am there? To give some context: I first went there on a 18++ trial. Instead of giving me the trial, they said that the 18++ treatment is something that can only be done after a few rounds of cleansing treatment, which then then proceeded to offer me 10 sessions for $1800. After some negotiation, I signed a package for 3 sessions for $300. The following time I came back, the consultant washed my hair and put the solution. However, before she put the steamer, she said she needed to talk to me about my package. With my hair still wet from the solution, I made my way to the room where she basically forced me to sign another 2 sessions for $200. So now I had 5 sessions and that $18 trial which "I could not use". Third time I came she sold me a whole set of products even though I said I have enough from the trial kit. She didn't seem to let me go until I agreed to buy the products (which I eventually did just so I could leave) Fourth time I was there she said my scalp is cleansed and said I need to start on this new hair growth treatment for $1600 for 10 sessions. This is despite the fact I still had cleansing sessions. According to her, there would be no point in cleansing now, and the only way forward is to do this new hair growth treatment. This time, I decided not to succumb to her tactics and told her I just wanted to cash in on my 18++ trial session now, which was for the hair growth treatment anyway. After the treatment, she tried to sell my the package again but I told her I needed to think about it for a day. Only then did she let me go. Advice: Stop with the hard-selling, and let customers just have a good experience there, especially after they have purchased packages.

My consultant is jessie she's the BM. Her service is good, always follow up on my hair. Always help me scan and follow up,I have seen results. I feel very comfortable whenever I'm visiting. Will recommend my friends.

She would do promptly checks on my hair and teached me on the hair products that I'm using. She demonstrates and build a trusting relationship with the customers while displaying her professionalism.

Serene Chia is my consultant. I start to do hair treatment in 2013 at Yun Nam. Before take hair treatment with Yun Nam , my hair fall a lot and oily. My consultant explains how to take care of my hair and monitor my hair condition when I come hair treatment. My consultant Serene is very patient and good. The staff here are really nice and friendly. My consultant was Jessie and she was very clear and detailed in explaining to me on my scalp condition and what treatments I should take. She is very kind and patient in explaining my condition and I could even contact her whenever I had any questions. Thank you Jessie and Yun Nan!
