★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been a regular for nearly 3yrs now. Every treatment are meticulously executed. Every now and then new treatment are offered. Even during the pandemic, Svenson always strive to give their best. They just had their renovation last Mar2019 with now better equipments and ambience. Any new campaigns or promotions will be communicated effectively via emails and sms too. Senior Therapist Jenny has always attended to my hair treatments. Thank you for the attentive services everytime.

Under care by professional consultant and therapist sharing useful tips & professional knowledge.
Mask are worn at all times with face shields when they are explaining or treating my scalp. Staffs also make it a point to safe distance and the branches i go is always very clean.
Overall my review is 10/10 for everything, will recommend to all of my friends and even relatives.

I am also impressed with Svenson’s safety management measures taken during this Covid situation, well assuring clients’ safety during their treatment visits. Jenny is the senior therapist who attended to me and she has been helping me to maintain my hair for the past 6 years. She is very professional and perform every steps in efficiency and details. Keep up the good work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Being my journey here about 1 month plus ago. Committed to the treatment because it is so comfortable and really makes my scalp feels cleaner and healthier! Have seen improvement in the quality of my hair from the start of treatment, hoping to reach my hair goals overtime.
Ivy is very knowledgeable and attentive, have always address my concerns time to time.
Treatments for me is mostly done by Huichin, she is gentle and very thorough with the application of the products used every time. Comfort and quality is consistent. My scalp feels very taken care of here!
Always looking forward to come here for my weekly scalp care for a relaxing session ☺

The therapists are experienced and knowledgeable, they would usually explain the purpose of each treatment to be carried out step by step and providing useful tips for keeping the wellbeing of my scalp.
The consultants are also very patience and friendly.
Always enjoyed my scalp treatments. Never once have they failed / disappointed me. I like the atmosphere there.
