โ โ โ โ โ It turns out here that my scalp is very damaged by environmental changes and stress. Every time Ms. Finnis gently wash my hair in a treatment, I feel very comfortable and relaxed at that extent I sometimes fall asleep! All staffs are so gentle, considerate and skillful!

โ โ โ โ โ The place is really clean and service is tip top as well. Really happy to always come here for a relaxing hair wash and receive detailed analysis on my hair and scalp condition and what I can do to improve them. The customer service is amazing and the consultants are really nice as well.
I also really like that they provided me an individual room to do the hair treatment as I wear the hijab so I wasnt comfortable to do it at places that are open.
Would definitely always want to come back again

โ โ โ โ โ The consultants are generally friendly and approachable. The place is well maintained and clean. Although the treatment pricing is on the high side, but most importantly is the effectiveness. I do think that the consultants provide good advice on our scalp and health of hair and will suggest on the relevant package to sign up. But I think they need to let the customer used more of the treatment package before advising another one so that they can assess if the treatment is effective.
