Please do not ever visit this place to fix your phone at all. I bought my iphone 6s there to replace the screen and LCD. And when i collected my phone back, the staff erased all my personal stuffs and data on my phone WITHOUT asking for permission before she did a factory reset on it. So irresponsible and unethical. I called the shop the next day, demanding for an explanation and none of them could give a proper explanation on why they did a factory reset. This shows how unprofessional they are when their customers entrusted their phones to them. I can't retrieve any of my photos and information anymore, this is definitely very upsetting for me. Worst place ever to fix your phone with such rude staff attitude and work ethnics.

I sent in my phone for repair on Sunday, 4 November at Junction 8 outlet and was told that I could get it back on the day after. When I came to the shop the next day (monday), I was told that I could only get it back on Wednesday. I was also informed that my phone cannot be repaired, so I requested to have my phone back as soon as possible. I received a call on Wednesday afternoon and was told that my phone could only be returned on Thursday so I came directly to the shop to inquire about it. I expressed my concern as to why it was taking so long, and I was worried that my phone might have been lost. The shopkeeper then got really aggressive and started yelling at me. He did not calm down even after I told him that there was no need for him to raise his voice. I asked him he could note down on my receipt guaranteeing that I could receive my phone by the day after, which is Thursday. He charged at me, yanked the receipt out of my hand and scribbled down his details. When I asked what would happen in case I do not receive my phone by Thursday, he shoved a handful of money into my face and said he would give me the money to compensate. I told him he was being very unreasonable and left. On my way out, I heard him callously threw out the F-word. The whole time, I was trying to stay calm, even when he started yelling at me, and with a heart palpitation condition, I almost threw up on the spot due to anxiety for I was afraid that he might physically hit me. I wonder how this disgusting behaviour can be tolerated and would not recommend. I'm planning to file a police report for harassment as soon as I have the time.

Sent in my iphone X for a display replacement. Paid for the "original apple display", however, on my first return i could easily tell it wasnt the original one they replaced it with. Returned the display to them and they finally replaced it with the one i paid for ~$300. Turns out later on when im attempting to sell the phone off that the display was very poorly installed and the quality of said display isn't that of the value i paid for. Take caution when utilizing their services.

Went at 6pm to obtain a iPhone 8 replacement LCD screen because I dropped my phone and the screen turned black. (Everything else was functioning perfectly, no screen cracks, Home Button alright, etc.)Lady at the counter, Karen, charged me $108 on the spot without even opening up my iPhone to check if it was even necessary to change the entire screen. It could have just been a cable that got dislocated due to the impact of the fall. At 8pm I received a call from Karen to collect my phone. I made my way down and everything appeared alright at first glance. However, as I attempted to unlock my phone, I realised that the home button was not working at all. By that I mean that I could not even push the home button at all. Karen was initially very indignant that everything was alright and said "see can still take photos!" but that was besides the point because you don't even use the home button to take a photo? So i had no idea what she was saying. After 15 mins of back and forth, she finally realised that the replacement screen she used was faulty, and she began to change it on the spot. As such, I had to wait for another 30mins before my phone was finally done at 9pm. You would think that that would be the end of my problems but no! I stupidly asked her if I could purchase a screen protector from her and she said "yes of course". To my horror, the first screen protector she tried to put on took a whole 10 minutes, and it was filled with air bubbles. I told her I wasn't satisfied with it and she said she agrees she isn't either, and so she opened up a second one and spent another 10 minutes trying to paste it nicely. It was still slanted at the end but I just wanted to leave at this stage. However, that was the least of my worries. The real horror was when I discovered that the $108 replacement screen I purchased was NOT "original grade" as advertised. The warmth and saturation of the screen was all off, and definitely of an inferior quality. The fact that the first screen she put was "faulty" as she called it clearly demonstrates the quality of said screens. I eventually had to redo my screen replacement at a more reputable repair center, where I managed to get a legitimate original grade screen for $100. What an unpleasant experience.

The shop took feedback seriously and attend to the feedback within the same working day. However, there are rooms for improvement when you charge at the similar premium level rate as service center. Please consider to try to par with service centre service quality and workmanship.

I want to warn anyone who want to get phone fix here. I went to their junction 8 branch on 30Sep21 and got LCD panel replaced$168 as I dropped my phone and the screen went black. The screen works and I though everything was fine. The lady shop assistant to me that if the screen has any issue, I can go back to them again unless the screen crack. In my mind that shouldn't happen. I will be careful not to drop phone again. Unexpectedly, after 1 day, the screen suddenly show a split line across the screen. Went back the next day, and was told that they will not replace because the panel cracked. How on earth did that happened??! The lady called her technical and told me that I have to pay another $85 to replace a new piece. WHAT A SCAM! I find that unreasonable and told her I will give a bad review online. So she drop the price to $50. I didn't drop my phone again or had anything crush it. I just don't think I got a new replacement screen, how could it break after one day. Also do not give them password when they ask for it. It took them 3 hours to change the panel, who knows if they hack my phone. I am worried now
