★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zener is one of oldest shop at 888 Plaza. If I am not wrong, they are there at least 20 years. Staff seem to be quite knowledgeable. Proximity convenience and quality products are the main plus points for me to patronise them. ??
Update: Solved my kitchen faucet 27-Jun-2020 and LED ceiling light replacement 26-Oct-2020. ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely lousy service. Called today asking if they have cloth tape. Lady says have, so I asked what is the width to make sure that they have the right sizing before I come to buy. Lady says too busy to check the width. So I asked her, could you please just get a ruler and measure the width of the tape, it wont even take 1 minute to see. She insists she too busy asked me to come down. Seriously man. Not very helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ called to ask about bidet price, the lady ask to come and check myself. what lousy service, I told her I just need a rough gauge of price still did not want to check for me.
FYI this is the 2nd time I got this kind of reply when called.
