Came to get my booster and the vaccinator was great at his role. He called me to confirm with my appt and took care of my fear towards needles. Was not painful and was swiftly done. Shout out to KaWei! & Great clinic atmosphere. Thank you!

I've been to this clinic a few times now and am always grateful for the cheerful and helpful staff and doctors. Most recently, I had issues with pre departure testing plus a family member had covid after taking a pre departure test. Staff esp Ms Jaslyn were patient and clear in their advice, and offered kind and prompt assistance. Pleasant experience also with Dr Poh and Dr Zhang. Appreciate the care shown by the entire team. Thank you!

Tested positive for covid today and went down to see a doctor. Though I was feeling super weak and tired but I was warmly greeted by a lady called Dorra. She is very friendly and assisted me to scan the QR code (not trace together guys!). I felt so relieved because the process was so smooth and well planned throughout. Given the current pandemic outcome, I am really satisfied with the service provided by this clinic despite the overwhelming patients and work load that they receive on a daily basis. If you are still scrolling through these comments and thinking about wanting to visit the clinic, fret not! Just head down there and they will solve all your medical queries. (Small tip: look for the clinical assistant Dorra, she is the carry and mvp of the clinic :D) Thanks for the hardwork and effort 1 Bishan Medical Clinic! ^^

The staffs were very helpful with my family’s travel requirements on ART tests and Covid discharge letters. One thing I like was that the clinic always have someone to pick up the phone during clinic time so we can always enquire and get updates.

Doctor is ok, and the lady that takes records is attentive. The receptionist though is severely incompetent, makes up stuff, not customer-centric, and surprisingly, still employed there after having gone there for a couple of visits. On the last visit, the doctor had to come out to say her made up stuff is wrong. This clinic can do so much better without this receptionist.

Good Lighting clinic. Bought my kids over to this clinic as they are not feeling well. Was welcome with friendly staffs, the doctor is gentle and friendly. Glad that this clinic able to swab kids below 1 year old as not much clinic swab for kids below 1 year old. Will be more than happy to recommend family members and friends to this clinic for sure. Clean enviroment. Toilet is clean.

Rude front counter longhair staff with specs and glasses. Simply inefficient too. When I reached at 6.05pm, saw she was already attending 2 persons. After 20 mins, the 2 persons were still there and a long queue has been formed outside.

Not really happy with the rude front desk lady who wears black shirt and denim shorts at a clinic that requires sanitation and hygiene should be of standard. I tested positive last Friday with unusual symptoms, rashes all over my body and swelling of left hand and both feet. I've done self test, self medication as I also don't want to come out and follow the guidelines for people who tested covid positive. But I've been wondering why my feet are swollen for three days now and it has not changed ever since day 1 of being covid+. I consulted a doctor via teleconsultation. They advised I see a doctor physically ASAP. Told the doctor I'm still on my third day of being positive, I can't go out. But the doctor insisted I need to get tested and they can't do it via video call. Was advised to see doctor right away. So I went here knowing it's the nearest clinic I can travel to so I can avoid more exposure, queued for my slot and upon reaching the front desk. I was greeted with dismay to this lady who is so rude and talked to me as if I don't understand the guidelines. Then I had to explain to her again why I need to go down. Show her my swollen feet. That's the only time she say she ask the doctor if can see me or not. Then I asked her feeling annoyed by her rudeness earlier, if the doctor can see me or not. She responded "of course can, I won't ask for your IC if cannot". Her response really is not acceptable for someone who is in the health care line. I HOPE THIS REVIEW REACHES THE MANAGEMENT OF THIS CLINIC as this isn't really a good way for you to treat paying patients like this. We didn't want to get contracted with the virus nor want to be treated like this. I hope you train her well as to how being in the front desk is like and especially being in the frontline(health care industry) I understand you are tired from stress on being in the front line. But would it hurt to be a bit more kind towards people. I hope everything is well with your team. All the best.
