Worst service. The ladies staff are very noisy and unprofessional. Not recommended.

Long queue. Registered at 11am. Told to come back at 12pm. Came back at 12pm and was told there's 7 in front of me. At 1240, went to ask again and was told there was 5. Huh? Now it's 1pm and I'm still queuing .......

The waiting time is crazy! If you are really very weak and can't wait please visit this clinic. The registration takes so long and is done by the senior lady at the reception. Doctor was very nice.

Pros * Friendly doctor who listens and does not rush to cover most patients * Covers most health schemes and insurances Cons * Unsuitable for disabled on wheelchair. No ramp etc * Does not strictly stick to scheduled opening and closing time * Long waiting time due to lack of proper judgement of queue time by staff * Understaffed to handle surge in patients * Workflow from patient resgistration to medicine despatch and payment needs review and overhaul. I felt there is a overall lag resulting in longer wait time

Like all the other reviewers mentioned, older lady at reception is exceptionally rude. Like chill we don’t go to the doctor because we want to and shouldn’t we be able to see a doc without the casual abuse? feel bad enough without having to be yelled at at the same time. Don’t know about anything else because it’s been 59 mins with supposedly 5 patients ahead of me and I’m still waiting. Save yourself the headache and go to a polyclinic, even polyclinic waiting times are only 20 mins these days especially if you register online. I wouldn’t be here if the company insurance didn’t insist that it’s this clinic and if I had a polyclinic nearer to me. Definitely won’t be coming back. would rather pay so I don’t have to get casually yelled at while i’m ill.

The "rude" Receptionist was no longer there yesterday. Dr Wong is my family doctor since he was in Bishan St 22 estate. He is very professional with genius care & concern on every patient, including those maids doing the regular medical check out. He will thoroughly investigated the illness, did everything by himself & patiently explained in details to his patients. I was there yesterday (30Jun22 at 1:50pm, 2nd patient in the queue waiting outside) because my COVID ART positive. When 2pm, I registered & was told to wait outside till he call my name. There were 4 other patients that arrived after me, went in for consultations. I then asked whether I missed my turn but was told to wait outside, without explanation. I then asked him how many more patients were before me (2 more) & also noticed that 1st patient was still sitting at the corner. Then I realised that those were the patients waiting in the morning before the clinic closed for lunch hour. I paid only $1.50 for the consultation, ART & medicine.

The waiting time at this clinic is very long so avoid unless you have to use your group or company insurance card. I will visit 0 stars if I can. The doctor is unsympathetic and not helpful at all. He wanted to charge me $25 for a Covid recovery letter when other GPs provided the memo for their patients without charging or making so much resistance. The senior receptionist is rude while the younger receptionist tries her best to help the long line of patients. Overall, if you have other options for clinic visits, avoid this clinic.

today i accompany my girlfriend to see the doctor, admin aunty (very senior looking age) was very rude to me the moment she know i not here to see doctor tell me to faster go out! like chill yo, tell me nicely i go out dont need to like yell at me.
