They got a few of my requests wrong and to remedy it they will charge me again, very disappointing. Stay away from this chain of shops, many better alteration places with more reasonable prices

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have dogs at home and one of them love to sit on my sofa. My sofa started to reek of dog odour so I decided to engage professional help to clean my fabric sofa of 4 years. I enquired a few companies and decided on Big Mama as their price is reasonable. They replied me around 9pm and scheduled me in for next day appointment at 11am. The team came on time and was polite and professional. They didn’t make a mess and clean up the water on the floor. I watched them did it and they did it with care and integrity. After they left, I left my sofa to further dry under the sun for a few hours. The next day, I was so relieved and happy to check that the odour is finally ALL gone. I’m very satisfied with their cleaning and will recommend them to people who have the same issues as me. Good job, Big mama! (I always give it a few days to see if the results are good and lasting and so my review is a tad late.)
