1 star for its flexibility of high tea set (5 of us but they allowed us to only order 2pax and there’s no time limit on how long you stay there) High tea set was ok, nothing amazing about it (had to wait about 30-45mins to be served) Added on truffles fries and fried fish skin, which came cold !! also order a cheese platter and the crackers had gone soft already (lao hong) it was very disappointing

Nice and quiet place to chill and enjoy some drinks. The service is prompt and polite. Love the Teddy bears they have around the lounge. Very cute.

quiet and relax place to chill. plenty of sofa seats. love all the teddy bears on the sofa. omg so cute ??? wine promo : 4 for $40++. quite a good deal in CBD area, can consider. truffle fries is not bad. menu is via QR code. came back again for hi-tea in november. if u have the accor plus card, hi tea is 50% off. omg. what a good deal! it also comes with 2 servings of drinks per pax. ??? still a 5 star for this venue. service is excellent!

Afternoon tea were served in paper boxes dining in. No tiers. Service was extremely slow. Took 20 minutes for our teas to be served and another 15 for the afternoon tea boxes to be served. Zero service from then on. Seems like there were shortage of staffs. Food wise, the sweet stuff were overly sweet. The savoury pieces were done nicely if anything.

Ambience : cosy and nice for chatting. That bear ambassador theme is so cute Service : Friendly and nice Drinks: alcohol taste average but TWG tea quite worth it Food: overpriced. Can imagine pay $18 for 3 CP drumlet, will be nice if more variety of food. Accessibility: level 5 from tanjong pagar mrt.

The bar is located in an open area with a bear at almost every table giving the kids and guest(mainly female guest i guess) some companion to be with during the meal. The items are quite delicately made and we do struggle to finish as the selection were quite generous. Our favorite were actually from the ala carte menu, the sichuan chicken, truffle fries and fish skin. The cocktails were very nicely made too and the balance of the flavours were good. Not too overly alcohol that you cant taste the other flavours.

Went for afternoon tea thanks to some promotion. Savoury sandwiches were good. However sweet cakes and pastries weren't. There was an overuse of mousse items; it was in half the things. Scones were good though. Tea was fine. The seating area was a bit too dark for my liking. It was crowded for a Saturday afternoon and they seemed to be short on staff so service was somewhat slow as well. IMO there are better afternoon teas to be found elsewhere in Singapore.

One of the best hotel afternoon teas in Singapore. This is our second time having tea here. The menu changes from time to time, but the quality remained tip top and we enjoyed every single item presented in the box. Quantity might not seem a lot as compared to other places, but the quality made up for everything. Loved it. However, this can be a little pricey. So either use a HSBC card or use Accor Plus membership to get a significant discount.
