The milk tea is honestly quite bad, especially for its price of $5.10. I can easily get better tasting bbt at half the price from a neighbourhood store. Thought this shop would specialise in tea instead of soufflés given its name but I guess I am wrong.

Service was decent but overwhelmingly disappointing food. Based on owner's replies, you can ask for it to be prepared hot but that wasn't an option I was made aware of or had known at point of order. If your default process is to serve cold pre-prepared soufflé pancakes, you might as well not serve at all. Milk tea was very diluted, despite ordering 75% sugar level. Overall, incredible disappointing food despite eye-catching visuals and posters.

The soufflé is soft, fluffy and not too sweet. My toddler loves and treating it as "ice-cream"?

June 2022 Still my fav bubble tea place. But they have shifted from their old location. Still nearby. Currently beside their competitor. Tabaoed chocolate and taro milk with bubbles and the matcha soufflé. Yums! 2020 My favourite bubble tea place! Love their bubble tea! Surprised to see them serving soufflés and they are good too! ?

Very fluffy pancakes!! Make sure you order the ones freshly made and not those in the fridge as those looks dry and reduced in size.

Read on a blog previously and decided to pay a visit. Not sure if they actually changed the shop location because from previous photos seemed like there was a dine in area, but now has become like a kiosk. Initially really give the customers a disadvantage of ordering the soufflé without knowing where to consume it. Heard this was a famous branch from Korea so still decided to give the soufflés a try. Also ordered a few drinks to go along and found a place at the hub courtyard to eat and drink. Drinks were pretty normal, had the honey lemon tea, hot Earl Grey and the injeolmi milk tea. Didn't like the injeolmi one cause it was too powdery and it couldn't dissolve in the drink felt like a chore to finish the drink. There wasn't much injeolmi taste either. Ordered the matcha Soufflé. Looks decent but it was a little too dense to be called a soufflé. They pre made some soufflés and left them in a glass cabinet which I didn't know if it was room temperature or chiller. I think it would have achieved the soufflé effect if it was made and served on the spot. Flavours were OK but the matcha taste was also not strong enough. Okay but not fantastic. If you ask me based on the price I shouldn't have set the expectations too high.

A soufflé is a baked egg-based dish originating in France in the early eighteenth century and I saw this shop by chance in Tampines Hub. Bought 3 different flavours to try and the verdicts are: 1. the taste is good plus the fusion with the matcha, Tiramisu and plain icing makes it more delicious. 2. it will be better if it is served hot and freshly made instead of pre-prepared. The soufflé is more on the cold side. 3. It came only with one tub of maple syrup for a packet of 3 flavours.
