S	Siwei Choo Andy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A shout-out to the staff here. There was a guy trying to "sell" some product to his clients and it seems that they have been there for a long time. The staff was firm that they should give up their seats to other customers, even though one of the "client" wanted to order more drinks. We should all be gracious to allow more people to enjoy Ya Kun at their stores in, especially when seats are reduced during this pandemic. Please don't hog the seats! :)
H	H-Man L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usually the kopi and toast is quite good. But today seem like everything went wrong and didn't prepare well. The kopi too sweet. Kaya peanut butter toast is dry and hard. Not much peanut and kaya. The tuna mayo toast, disappointed with so little tuna. The tuna mayo is only on the outer surface (refer to picture). The only thing that save the day is the banana muffin. (Guess because the muffin was baked in the factory and not prepared on the spot upon order.)

I hardly give such kind of reviews as I always appreciate service providers. There is no signage explaining to customers to Q for food before looking for a seat, and there is no signage to inform there is a Q for for seats. Your staff just shouted from the counter, asking if I had place an order. What a chaotic place to start my beautiful sunday!
H	Hans_ J on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If i could give a review of negative 5 stars i would. first thing is the wait time is awfully long but that is fine but one thing i cant accept is the rude staff doing the bread at the back wearing a white yakun t shirt. it feels like she doesn't want to work there and is very rude and slow in prepping the food
C	Cezy QQ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited in front of the cashier for 5 mins for them to process the grabfood orders. Until I asked if she have a long list, I really don’t mind going else where. She immediately stopped and cleared the rest of the queue. There were at least 4 empty tables at that time. Egg was a disappointment. Ya kun standard wasn’t there. Tables are not cleaned too. Smelled bad with lots of stains. Management should reconsider grabfood if they cannot manage. Decided to give this store another try post covid rules hoping for better. Still the same issues. Waited 20 mins for bread despite place not even full. All the staffs were busy with grab/panda orders.
Y	Yingying on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice local cafe to have your coffee or tea fix. The menu seems to be the same as other Ya Kun outlets. Had silky barley drink recently and it was good as usual. Overall good experience.
D	DR GOH PENG YANG DAVY on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located at B1 of Century Square Mall. Just take the escalator down, and you can see it. Ah Kun could be considered one of Singapore iconic brand. Famous for its kaya toast. The store at Century Square had limited space and with the covid measures. To get seats in order to enjoy your toast, best to go super early since there would always be a constant flow of customers at all timing. The food items was the standard menu of all Ya Kun toast outlet. The difference was the service. The staff was patient in taking my order. And all the staffs were fast and efficient to clear the tons of orders from the walked-in customers and the online orders. And the place was kept cleaned and tidy. Great experience having a traditional breakfast in the morning at Ya Kun. Strongly recommended.
