Purposely came back for their crispy lamb. Still find the shop in East Coast called First Ubin had the best crispy lamb. This wasn’t bad but slightly dry. Compared to the one we had in last December, it was crispy on the outside and juicy inside. The taste was ok and still the same but this was dried. Overall good. 5 of us, we ordered 6 dishes and one fried rice. Taste was pretty standard but lady boss was friendly and gave us discount. Total was $228 after discount, ordered 6 cans of beer too. The environment and decoration of the restaurant looked like night club but don’t worry, just waiters serving food and drinks. It seemed they have live band too because saw the musical instruments on the stage. If you like crispy lamb, should try it out. The rest of the dishes just pretty standard Chinese dishes.
