J	JAMIE WONG on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service inspection speed of swab test is very slow. I did the swab test at 1pm noon on Thursday, but the result was not available until Saturday. I don’t know if it was sent for testing or not. Very questioned about their speed of work.
G	Grey Lim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service 1) time stated on opening hours is 12.30-300pm, reached at 1.40 pm but was informed that doctor will only be here at 2.30 and asked us to queue at that timing 2) doctor did not come until 2.45 3) after registering, they skip my child turn and give it to others behind us ! Very bad experience and wonder how did MOH approved them for SASH? Only come here as need to do exit swab(last day an they are the only on with weekend opening hours )for my daughter but the disorganised system really make me wonder what is going on!
M	Ming Wei Chai on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional service. I've booked a swab test at 2:45pm on a Sat. The clinic staff confirmed my slot and took down my personal data. She asked me if I have any allergy and I said G6PD. She told me to repeat it multiple times and even asked me to spell it out. I was at loss what to do. How else can I spell out G6PD? Worse of all, she called me at 2:33pm to cancel my appointment! I was already very near the clinic. And the reason given to me was, the doctor is not available. Then why did she accepted my booking in the first place? Wasted my time. Strongly not recommended!
G	Guess What I Ate on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was required by MOH to have my child swabbed, and found this clinic as they do swab kids under 12. Process was smooth, I called to make an appointment but was told to just walk in from 4PM on the same day. Registration and process was fast. And I must really comment on the patience of the male swabber(sorry didn't get his name). My son was screaming and was completely uncooperative and the swabber, I could see whom was slightly overwhelmed but was overall patient and gentle. He didn't lose his cool at all. I really appreciated that and felt I have to leave this comment and word of thanks.
Z	Z Wang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My son had respiratory infection and was refered to take a swab test. I found this clinic and called to make an appointment. I was told to just walk in at 4pm. We went there at 3:59. The staff was very nice and immediately started to work on my son's document. After a few minutes, she took the swab sample very professionally and my son did not even scream. Then we left and the next morning, we recieved the test report. I really appreciat her efficient work. Thank you.
E	Eddy Racknor on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came on Sunday, around 1pm and there was a queue for registration. There were around 8 people in front of me waiting for registration too. After queueing for nearly 3 hours, about 4pm, the nurse suddenly said, clinic is closed and we have to go somewhere else. 4 patients ahead of me and the rest behind me had to go after waiting in line for so long. What kind of service is this. At least tell us that the clinic has to close at a certain timing SHARP and that we should go somewhere else if the clinic is unable to handle the traffic. Don't waste our time by making us queue for so long and just tell us that we will not be able to see the doctor. Or at the very least, let those inside the clinic already, waiting for registration see the doctor instead of chasing everyone away. Pathetic service standards.
N	Nasirah begum on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience with this clinic! Brought my son there for doc consultation. Receptionist mentioned consultation is only via zoom. I was quite shocked to hear that. But, since my son was having high fever I had no choice but to agree. My son had to do swap test. My son was crying as he was not well. But this receptionist handled my son so roughly. She just grab hold of my son and forcefully pushed the cotton bud in his nose. She did not stop, despite he cryed out loudly.Trust me! Please don't bring your kids to this clinic.
E	Elyana Nordin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enquired if the doctor will physically be in the Boon Lay Avenue clinic and was informed/confirmed by the person answering the call that the doctor will be around. When the time comes, there was no doctor in person and only a nurse and was informed that the consultation will be done via zoom. I called the number again and was informed that the doctor had a last minute urgent matter to attend therefore she can only consult via zoom???? This is appalling. If the doctor had an urgent matter, she should not even have the time to conduct consultation. And isn’t it always a practice that a locum doctor will attend to the clinic if the resident doctor is not available? How accurate can the diagnose be when the doctor is not there in person? How accurate or clear can zoom be to see a skin or an infection condition?
