just got a sick kevin braun piece as my first board from these guys. amazing and comprehensive service by the staff. patiently explaining in detail about the parts as the board is being set up. a better experience couldnt be asked for. kudos to these guys for upholding the local skate community!!

Wouldn’t recommend as they ripped me off. Promised me upgraded trucks that would come in a couple of weeks then ghosted me. If you’re been served by Eugene Sia, I suggest leaving immediately as well. Love supporting local businesses but sadly this isn’t an ethical business.

the boss and the worker here is very friendly and nice. they knew that i was on tight budget and were able to work out a price that i could afford. Great service, will definitely revisit.

Given that my friends and I came close to closing time, the staff is quite pleasant and does not mind staying for a while to assist us with grabbing our favorite decks and setting them up for us. Because I am particular, the staff didn't mind giving me a range of options for my deck, and he provided me a lot of helpful advice on which brand to buy and which wheels would be best for my needs. I will undoubtedly return in the near future !!! Highly recommended service. Btw, sorry for the pic haha, I didn't take any good pics

We travelled from the North to Bedok to get from them as we have heard some good things. Well, it’s true what the rest has said about them. These guys are great. Have always wanted to learn how to skate since I was 10… Even watched ‘Lords of Dogtown’ many times when I was 20… #27yearslater #hello2022 #newbeginnings #bucketlist I didn’t know what to expect when I went to @418skateshop today after work, but they truly made my day. Super, super stoked with the custom set-up too! So sick!! I always had this fear that I would be judged or assumed to be a poser (cause I’m a girl + a beginner + not a kid anymore), when I enter a skate shop, but this was not the case with the guys at 418. I must admit that I have never rode a board before (other than that one time I stood on one at Toys ‘R’ Us as a kid). But I‘ve always love the sport! Love watching it and always wanted to try! The folks at 418 were damn nice, non-judgemental and welcoming the moment I walked through the door! Imparted a great deal of the knowledge about skateboards, let me try a few decks to have a feel of it beneath my feet and helped to set-up the board, griptape customisation included! Thank you soooo much! I really, really appreciate the hospitality, knowledge and homely vibezzzz! Can’t wait to start learning soon!
