I remembered buying a pair of airwalk prototype shoes in 1989 when i was 15 in this shop. I had only 65 dollars in my wallet.The Malay uncle said since you did not have enough money you can have it for 65 . Boy i was so delighted.

Great range of shortboards and longboards, if you're new it might be a little I timidating so do your research first so you know what to look for. Came in to get ricta wheels, service and pricing is also ??

didnt know much about bearings, only to buy bones. but the lady at the counter told me the diff between reds, super reds and swiss. people there are very friendly and warm. the shop may look tight but its cozy.

Absolutely terrible service, knowledge, and staff who clearly do not care about the customers and want to just make a quick buck. Completely no business ethic and not meticulous whatsoever. After getting recommended this shop by a friend, I called ahead and asked if they could change my longboard griptape and they said yes, so I made an hour long journey lugging my board there after work. When I got there, I was helped by a malay staff. They asked me to peel the tape off by myself. When I could not get some of the glue off, I asked for any lighter fluid or alcohol that could help me do it - and he told me they did not have any and told me to go and buy it myself. That was still acceptable I suppose, albeit unusual. I then deliberated between getting either the clear tape or the black tape for my board. The guy told me that as my board was black, with the clear tape it would look exactly the same. I asked a few more questions to confirm it, and he assured me that it would look the same - as I was very particular on how it would look. He then hastily stuck the clear tape on, without even cleaning the board, and passing it back to me. I was quite taken aback because the board frankly looked terrible - brown air bubbles everywhere, nothing like how I described. I politely asked if we can do anything about it, and he said "you go home and roll it more yourself to get rid of the bubbles". I then said "but it looks like this, how much different can it be?" to which he replied "so? It's at night, no one's going to look at it." I said "I am going to look at it though. Plus I'll be indoors so I'm carrying it". He continued his rubbish crass replies by saying "when you ride you look forward, not at the board". I am writing this review after going home and press rolling the tape after an hour. Here is the actual best the black base board would look - with the black skate tool as comparison for black. Save your money and buy your tape online. I can't believe I spent $30+ on this when I could have spent 1/3 of it online and do a much better job myself. The only reason I came here was for them to help me replace the tape, yet I ended up getting lied to, treated badly, and with an eyesore of a board.

Reliving my youth. Was there since I was 13 years old and am still there! The prices are one of the if not the best in Singapore. They are the nicest people ever in a Skateshop. Polite, kind and will never upsell you. All my boards are built there.
