β β β β β Possibly the worst 4fingers outlet. Absolutely terrible service. No one manning the cashier and no staff came even after pressing the bell for a good 10min. Has a peek into the kitchen and the staff was sitting doing nothing. Broken aircon on second floor
Wanted to claim the voucher for the kicap Manis wingletts which was stated clearly could be redeemed. But the staff nonchalantly expressed that he didn't know how, before saying the 'system cannot do'. Utterly disappointed

β β β β β Service was terrible, even when there was no one at the store, it still took more than 15 minutes just to prepare food for one person. In the kitchen, the staff were just lazing around, even when there is a rack of chicken at the back. Instead of serving, the staff were chatting and playing music very loudly. The food is even more disappointing than the service itself, 6 tiny pieces of chicken sprinkled on with some cheese with less than half a bowl of rice costed 13 dollars. The staff at this restaurant put in no effort into their service and are rude towards customers. I cannot recommend this place to anyone else even though I really like 4 fingers elsewhere. Rate 2/10

Air Ventilation was super bad for dining in and the place was not cleared up from the moment we ordered till we left.

β β β β β Just don't order during weekend or peak hours. We ordered during weekdays and it was very good. Tried again today on Sunday and it was so bad we couldn't finish the meal. The chicken on bottom didn't have any sauce and were soggy. The fries were undercook and soggy. The onion crisps were clumpy and soggy. The drinks also arrived room temperature. Seriously need to reevaluate your staff's training.

β β β β β My review is split in two parts. One on food and another on the outlet management.
Food - Easily one of the best four fingers outlet I've been to. 5 stars! ***** The chicken were deep fried to perfection. Very crispy and well tossed in the sauce. Maybe because they were deep fried on the spot. Which leads to my review on the outlet itself.
Outlet - As you can read from all the other reviews, they do not allow eat in after 8pm. Reason cited was only 1-2 people working. This is an issue which the management should look into. How can you open an eatery till 10pm but allow your staff to refuse eat in at 8pm. If the outlet is understaffed, which is definitely so, then increase the headcount. Waiting time for food is long as a result of being understaffed.
So isn't 4Fingers a FAST food restaurant? Nothing fast about it if customers need to wait over 10mins for it. Perhaps its fast in the world of the sloth. ?ββοΈ

β β β β β the service was ok but not the best, but the food is really horrible compared to other 4fingers outletsβ¦ i ordered 18 pieces wings with mixed sauce (hot and soy) and they gave me unseasoned wings (they donβt used any sauce at all, it was really bland). and the rice was really hard, barely edibleβ¦ really really disappointed, i wasted 23 SGD and itβs ended up in the trash?. i will not comeback to this place.
