★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered from Grab, took soo long, to be exact i ordered at 7.59pm but 9pm restaurant cancelled. I re-ordered waited for another good almost 1 hour. Chicken is dry no sauce the worst outlet. no wonder the outlet in Northpoint closed. Guess I have to go with Jinjaa then.

Asked the rider, he said he just picked up the food only and he has helmet cam which he offered to show me the footage from collection time. Went to see the google review, i am suprised to see some negative feedbacks. Aunderstand that staffs may be busy if there r orders keep on coming, but at pls pls pleace

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chicken was so salty because they over-brushed it with the soy garlic sauce. Portion for the calamari and shrimp was atrociously small. The chicken and calamari also did not taste fresh and had a frozen taste. No wonder 4 Fingers at Northpoint wasn’t doing well and closed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The portion size for the chickens are very small and the people preparing the items are so stingy that they don’t use sauce at all. Just fried chicken and the essence of the taste?. The area manager should take a look at this outlet’s food quality.
I had the same issues multiple times and I don’t find this issue in their other outlets.
