Ching provided advice beyond just flowers when we had other wedding related queries, and was patient and understanding when we had postponement in our plans. We are very grateful! Ching went all out to discuss with me flower types and her ideas after I emailed her some inspo pictures. Compared to other vendors that I approached who just gave me a quotation, I am surprised how much effort Ching took to explain to me the various flower types and even told me how to differentiate faux flowers and fresh ones. She also spend a lot of time understanding my preference and likes. The eventual bouquet is very very pretty!!! I also ordered from Ching quite last minute for my friend’s ROM and she did not disappoint as well! Super recommend Ching for anyone looking for a bridal bouquet. Her creations are amazing!!

I found via Instagram originally and loved her style. From the get-go Ching was an absolute sweetheart, and she was very knowledgeable and helpful on the process. As it was the first time ordering these kind of event flowers, I was a bit out of my depth but Ching put me at ease immediately and she stood-out compared to other vendors in her helpfulness and willingness to offer input and advice. Even when we entered into a second lockdown and it looked like I may not be able to do my PWS, she was very caring and accommodating. My bouquet turned out perfect and I was so happy with the end product that she designed. I really felt like she cares about her customers. Highly recommend! :)

Another noteworthy point is her commitment to make her floral usage as eco-friendly and sustainable as possible. I further engaged Ching Ying for an arch and bridal package. I would say that her communication (even liaising regarding matching hotel florals) is very clear and that she takes the effort to try new things and experiment with various florals to suit your needs. Ching Ying is versatile as a florist and able to also advise me on styling of the florals. Overall, I found working with Ching Ying to be an engaging experience and my florals for my wedding were well coordinated, beautiful and long lasting! I would say go for preserved flowers!!! She is definitely a recommended vendor and I hope to continue to work with her where the occasion rises again:)

For the past few years, regardless of it being valentines day or a birthday event, the flowers produced by this store never ceases to amaze me. The owner Ching has always been very helpful in choosing as well as accommodating with delivery schedules. Flowers are also priced very attractively. Definitely the one of the best flower shops around!!

Ching was very accommodating back then, and ever since, we have been purchasing flowers as well as preserved ones from her.
