★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Truly a florist I'd recommend. I seldom leave reviews, but Windflower Florist has provided such amazing customer service and flowers that I felt it would be unjust. Windflower Florist folks are truly passionate about the work they do, they put in a lot of heart into their bouquets.
I received a bouquet that I felt was not up to my expectations, but they patiently and calmly addressed my concerns, and provided really good service recovery which is something many florists in SG lack. If you're looking for flowers for any major events, you can be sure that Windflower Florist got you covered!

The flowers and balloon were so beautiful and looked just like the advertised photos from the website. Karen from Windflower Florist was also really quick and helpful to respond to all my queries. The arrangement is beautiful but the flowers (the smaller ones surrounding the sunflower especially) already look dry and dehydrated despite me having only received them a few minutes ago :( disappointed as this was for a friend’s special occasion - will likely not order again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First purchase from Windflower Florist and it has turned out to be extremely disappointing. Firstly, the flowers were supposed to be delivered between 10am to 2pm, but did not arrive till 2.55pm. Then, when the box of flowers arrived, the roses are already showing signs of distress. This was meant to be given as a gift but I can’t give this to anyone now.
Only redeeming factor of this experience with Windflower Florist is the customer service recovery by Justin who gave me an immediate full refund. However, I would rather have had a decent box of flowers to give away. I cannot recommend this service to anyone else based on this experience.

The process of ordering was easy, delivery was smooth and timely, and my mum said the flowers were beautiful and fresh. Will definitely come back next time!
