Due to covid-19 youre not allowed to try at the fitting room but the sales assistant would encourage you to try at home and inform you that you can do one time exchange
Apparently it doesnt mean refund.
So you're forced to spend money on items you dont want to buy.
Very dishonest.
Didnt expect such way of sales by such big brand.
Total rip off. Very disappointed.
