★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff arrived late at 1030am, when website clearly states that it opens at 7am. When me and my colleague was waiting at the entrance, the staff lamented that she was late as she came all the way from Johor Bahru and said that everything will be ready in 2mins, which i doubted as 2mins is not a plausible time, which thankfully, we only waited for 20 minutes. When i had given her the benefit of the doubt for arriving late for her job due to coming all the way from Johor Bahru, a few moment later, i started to doubt her trust as she then practiced poor customer service by asking me, word by word, "you cannot see the shop opening ah?"
I feel so that this is not the way you handle customers as it is utterly rude, and unprofessional. It is such a waste as being a branch that is conveniently situated at the Punggol PCN, punctuality is key to serve potential customers and it would be such a waste to open so and when to the staffs discretion. I hope that the customer service for this branch could improve.
