β β β β β Went for the pico trial. This clinic only used the lowest setting and the receptionist told me ALL laser treatment need 4-5 session to see visible results( which is v diff from what other clinics say. Other clinic say 4-5 session to FULLY remove pigmentation). Went other clinic before and can see visible results in first session because other clinics have 3 setting, the lowest setting for smoother skin, middle setting for acne scar and highest setting for pigmentation.
Also, do take note that their βNETTβ price excludes GST.

β β β β β Always a pleasant visit to 8 Medical at Somerset. Front desk personal - Dawn and assistant Hazel puts in extra effort to make sure the experience is an enjoyable one. I like the fact that I can feel very at home and comfortable with them. No hard selling here too! Major plus point. The treatments and the hands of a good and experience Dr speaks for itself!

The doctor and nurses are friendly, patience and accommodating to my endless questions on my severe acne issues. I will definitely book another appointment to seek their professional advice. Highly recommended!

β β β β β Iβve gone thru a pigmentation lightening laser treatment for the past 6 months by Dr. Wu. The experience is pretty painless and result is satisfactory. Though itβs not able to remove 100% but itβs much better than expected as my pigments were very dark. Happy with the result and with friendly clinic staffs - Dawn and Hazel who are always cheerful and helpful.
Highly recommended!

β β β β β Read many good reviews on this clinic and decided to give it a try to treat my pigmentation problem. And now, I have been with them for 6 months already. My pigments did improved a lot with Pico Laser treatment. Dr Wu, Hazel and Dawn are very friendly, patience and professional. No pressure when visiting the clinic as there's no hard selling on the package/product. Highly recommended!

β β β β β Totally waste time and Money. I have done Pico in many clinics but this one is the worst. The laster machine they use is neither picoway or Picosure, οΌthe name is "laserro..." something). The doctor jiwei wu is impatient and during consultation, he doesn't really take note of client's concerns. It's wired that this clinic doesn't apply anesthetic before Pico session, but, the Pico session explains why no need anesthetic because it's so short, less than 1 minute. And it's not very painful during the session which explains why it's totally useless: my face has nothing changed, even not turn red (previously my face turn red every time after Pico in different clinics). It may be because this clinic doesn't have correct machine(the laser wavelength is definitely not for pigmentation removal) or professional doctor to conduct Pico pigmentation removal. Please stop scamming people!!
