★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mr Yap is not a medical doctor. He has a phd. This centre probably works better for conditions like astigmatism etc. My son has dyslexia and “Dr” Yap tested him and wrote a report saying he has multiple problems which require therapy. When I asked for advice from my son’s pediatric physician regarding this, she recommended I seek a second opinion. We saw a medical ophthalmologist, who did thorough testing on my son and concluded that none of the results from “Dr” Yap’s tests were true. She advised for my son not to use the glasses prescribed by IGARD as he does not need them. He also does not need the 20 therapy session package.
Please seek a second opinion if you’re unsure.

I was very impressed by her thoroughness and professionalism both in checking my daughter's eyes as well as her explanations. I would highly recommend Ms Rachael to all fellow anxious parents who want the best for their little ones!

We came with our daughter of 5 years old and he has known exactly how to put her in good conditions in order she enjoys the moment spent with him during her eyes examination. His advice are very useful to her on a daily basis and we will continue to monitor carefully the situation with his help. We feel relieved about it and to have someone competent like him on who we can count on. Thanks again and don't hesitate to visit him ! :-)
