โ โ โ โ โ Good facilities, well maintained and with very competent and pleasant staff. After 2 attempts to complete my exam online which had remote proctor technical issues, I wish I had come here in the first place. Highly recommended.

โ โ โ โ โ I did my exam today and it went smoothly. To be honest, when I read the the low rating reviews I was quite hesitant to book at this center. However I wanted to do my exam and this center was the only one that offered the earliest possible date for me. The registration went smoothly. The counter team handling the administration was very polite and helpful and fast. The test administrator at the lab room was also very helpful. It was overall a very smooth process. Headphone was provided. Testing material as well(I suppose this depends on your exam). Although the room is pretty quiet but I find the headphone useful at times when it gets little bit nosier. Also bring your jacket as it does tend to get a bit colder. I like it though ?. I think the test center is good and the staff is very helpful and professional. I had a good exam there.

โ โ โ โ โ Took my CIMA exam here. Had a good experience. Staffs was friendly and helpful as I wasnโt sure about the calculators I was allowed to use. Staff at the lab before I was brought to take my exam was very friendly and was patient in explaining on the breaks as I was concerned about drinking water. My only complaint is that they donโt allow us to bring water in and my exam is rather long. Otherwise overall happy with my experience here.

โ โ โ โ โ Bad online experience where unclear directions were given, resulting in exam early termination and forfeit. Lost of time and money. Reaching out to support for contesting is not helping either.
Looking like finding excuses for forfeiting online exams is a good business as the takers will have to pay new exam fees to retryโฆ

โ โ โ โ โ shockingly incompetent. I signed up for a remotely-taken exam. Followed their instructions, did all the system set up tests, checked in early.
It was a 2 hour exam. I waited 1 hour to get in, but I was constantly kicked to the back of the queue after waiting for my turn.
After an hour, customer support asked me to quit the application, then suddenly the portal wouldn't let me in again because I was late.
I asked for a refund, and they refused. Instead they insisted I reschedule the exam, but I only was given a choices during working hours (when I can't take the test).
Given I was already on edge for the exam, this was a disappointing experience.

โ โ โ โ โ I did my exam today and I must say that the staff have been clear, professional and very friendly. In particular, Sharifah has been incredibly helpful through the entire process. I called in a couple of days prior and she was able to address my concerns and queries readily and was very warm and reassuring. On the test day itself, I really appreciated how efficient she was making the process from registration to administering the examination as seamless as possible. The test facility itself was well lit, modern and well appointed. Overall a pleasant experience.
