W	Wijohn Chew on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The noodles, coated in a special blend of the house’s proprietary sauce and char siew grease, was delightfully springy and gave each bite a sinful chew. The char siew maintained the golden F2M (fat to meat) ratio, and the wantons were chocked full with meat - just like how all grandmothers in the universe collectively knew to make. I devoured the bowl with wanton pleasure, throwing all caution of calorie, cholesterol and general image to the wind, as I slurped down obscenely on this bowl of golden goodness. Salt baked chix was fragrant and generous in portion. HJK was crispy, punchy and juicy at the same time. If I were a chicken, I want to become a HJK here when I die. Lastly, special shout out to the cute and cheerful cashier who ensured all our needs were met. Overall, a great visit and a much-needed revival of the Bt Timah food scene. :)

Sadly was disappointed, for a plate that cost $5.80, the roast pork were tiny and greasy. Noodle was not springy like what some have mentioned in reviews and is definitely overcooked. This Cafe name is TASTE but the irony is, this is exactly what it lacks. Soup wanton texture was ok but lacks favors. Noodle was plain as well. Soup lacks the punch as well. I hope it's just a consistency problem and their touted masterchef should review the food himself.
J	Jonathan Lee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dishes ordered: Chicken rice set, Wanton noodle set, Prawn paste chicken, Fried wanton, Pork belly, Prawn rolls. Overall: Overall experience was good, spacious and clean restaurant with good tasting food (though slightly pricy). Wanton noodle had a good amount of sauce, not too saucy which I like. However, the charsiew pieces were a bit small. But the dumplings make up for it as they were generous with the filling, both soup and fried dumplings were very tasty. All the side dishes were pretty good as well, with my personal favorite being the pork belly, which had a good amount of fat and almost 'melt in mouth' texture. Wish they had more drink selections though, only those lemon tea and yuzu drinks, no canned drinks available. Highly recommend to try this place, I would say it's a hidden gem.

Had to try fixing the entire taste with the showcase of sauces made available (which is really weird as I would expect for such a well known place we wouldn’t require additional adjustments to the recipe served) Ordered a cup of tea and it was like overpriced diluted brown liquid, thought it was coffee at first glance Quite a disappointment honestly.

The wonton noddle Charsiew is a bit pathetic, not slice properly and rather small pieces. But still the price is OK compare to other outlet. No need to wait for too long like other outlet too.
e	enmin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quality food at reasonable prices! Wanton noodles were flavourful and paired well with tender charsiew slices. Shrimp paste chicken was juicy and still had crispy exterior even after we left it sitting for a while. The wantons (both the soup & fried) definitely stood out. Thin wrappers stuffed with tasty meat filling, 10/10 would go back for them!
