LiHO TEA @ Bedok Mall - 311 New Upper Changi Rd

It is usually quite crowded and there would be several people waiting to order/for their drinks, but the place was well organised with queue markers and a number self collection system. The drinks are affordable and have a very consistent quality, allowing changes according to preference such as amount of ice, sugar, type of pearl/drink. Nothing bad to say about this place and overall have always had a smooth-running experience with no major issues.

Was pumped to hear that Liho had made a series of oat milk tea. I had oolong oat milk tea without sugar. The milk doesn’t overpower the fragrance of the tea. Overall was nice but pricey.

Staff forget to ask for my membership to accumulate point after joining a new member and wants me to use for my next purchases…we demand for point after that but they do promise they will give us the points in the end they didn't give…what a lie…

Quite slow. Taste normal. Had the yuanyang. Not great. OK only

Previously gave this outlet a 4/5 star rating, but I don’t think I can anymore after my recent visits. Texture of pearls are generally ok, but it seems like the staff are consistently missing steps in the preparation, leading to pearls that are generally tasteless - not lack of taste but completely tasteless. Felt like I was just chewing plain tapioca flour. Flavour of drinks I’ve ordered were poor too. Tea lacked flavour as compared to other outlets. The iced chocolate / choc milk has been bland. Are they scooping one scoop less than what’s required by the recipe? This outlet reveals one thing - that the management of LiHO is lacking in QC and it doesn’t seem to be a priority. People are buying anyway, so why bother right? Long queues still apply. - Rating is for this particular LiHo outlet only. There is bound to be a queue every time i patronise. Either it’s really popular or work is not done efficiently enough - I don’t observe for long enough so I wouldn’t know. Generally, the staff here are quite effective. The drinks I’ve bought from this outlet are usually all right. Never ever particularly amazing nor substandard. I can trust them to produce a reasonable cup of drink whenever I order. I mean this as a compliment as the same cannot be said about all LiHo outlets. That said, the queue can be long and the wait longer. Come prepared to wait or don’t buy at all.

Ordered from food panda, when the driver delivered my drinks he told me that the liho staff did not provide me straw and they don’t have cheezoh they change it to ice-cream instead . Its my first time drinking liho with a spoon at the same time it’s not the drink that I wanted.

order liho through grab delivery. opted for golden pearls but did not have it in my drink when it arrived. do they just anyhow make the drinks just because it’s delivery and that customer would not complain??
