★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried the Vegetarian Impossible Burger. It was pretty good to me but beware, it has a lot of BBQ Glaze so if you're not a fan of BBQ, you might want to avoid this. I also feel that it's pretty expensive for the size of the burger that you get.

Utterly disappointed as I have waited for an hour for my burger. The cashier shows rude attitude when we check with them on our orders.
We planned to dine-in but at the end it was a take-away packaging.
Hope there is some improvements on the customer service.
First time for Bedok branch and the last time as well.

Waited and waited until 20:15hrs still not ready.
Upon seeing others had their orders collected.
Went up to the counter and verify only to understand ordered wasn't being process.
Best part.. not even an apology..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience in this bedok outlet. Queing and no one serve. Ordered a kids meal chicken burger, but serve us a beef burger. I asked staff and they said we don't have chicken for kids. But, menu is listed beef not available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always top quality of food is served hot and waiting time is acceptable. Staffs will rotate and clean the tables after each customers had done with their dine in order, making sure the table is sanitised and ready for the next dine in customer. Well done and keep safe!
