I got to see 2 staff members cook at the same time and the one who prepared mine (a nice lady named Nai Lee I think) had amazing technique. You could tell just by watching her cook that she had been doing this a long time.. The food tasted good too. At the same time the other cook (probably new) seemed very very scared while tossing the wok ingredients ..
